Shipping policy

Our shipping is carbon neutral, fast and reliable. No tricks, no exceptions.

For almost all Australians, shipping is completely FREE. This includes all metro addresses, and most regional and rural addresses.

For some addresses, mainly rural and remote homes, we may charge an additional shipping fee to help cover our increased shipping cost. This cost will be shown to you clearly at checkout.

All of our products are made and stored right here in Australia, in warehouses across the country. This allows us to provide our premium and reliable shipping experience!

For most addresses, shipping will take 2-3 days. You will receive an estimate at checkout, that is calculated based on your suburb and postcode.

On occasion, some shipments will take longer.

Sustainability is one of our key pillars here at Yona. We are proud to say that our entire shipping process, from our warehouse to your bedroom, is completely carbon neutral.
