Refund policy

We are very confident in the quality of our products. So confident, that we are willing to put our money where our mouth is. That's why we have a 30 day trial, where you can return your product(s) for any reason at all, and a 5 year warranty.

 

30 day trial

Almost everyone loves our products, but we know that cardboard furniture is a new concept. That's why we offer a 30 day trial.

Within 30 days of you receiving your product, you can return your products for a full refund, no matter what!
We will cover the full return shipping cost for the vast majority of our customers.

If you live rurally and were charged a shipping fee at checkout to receive your product, you will be charged the same fee to return your product.

5 year warranty

Within 5 years of you receiving your order, if anything goes wrong with your product(s), we will cover it. We're immensely proud of our sustainable cardboard furniture, but we understand that some people may be a little anxious about the durability - no need to worry!

If your product collapses or breaks, we'll send you a new one (this has never happened, so we're not concerned!).

If your product arrives damaged in shipping (this can happen very rarely), we will either replace the damaged piece, or send you a whole new product. Whatever it takes to get it right.

 

We will do everything we can to get you sleeping soundly and sustainably. That is our mission!
