Bed is solid & was easy to set up by myself. Great value for the price!
Straight forward directions. Letters were hard to make out at first but I got it. Easy to assemble. Supports my mattress me and my doggos. Happy with this purchase.
Super sturdy, no wiggle, no squeak. Assembling and getting the cardboard to be even was a bit of a struggle, but otherwise, happy with the purchase!
Quite easy to put together! Frame is nice and sturdy. No issues so far. Got a Queen and a King and both are holding our boxed mattresses up well so far. Colour was as pictured (Dark Oak).
I have the traditional Yona base and the scandi one. The scandi one is so much better. Far easier to put assemble and there are no annoying zigzags to catch dust at the side. Much easier to vac around. I love the green colour.

Hi there! For cleaning under your Yona Original bed, we recommend simply sliding it to the side - it's lightweight enough to move with ease! That said, you likely won't find much underneath, as the design minimizes gaps where dust can sneak in. We hope this helps! Happy sleeping!

My bed base does not squeak, nor sag, nor do any of the annoying things wooden or metal bases do. I love it. It is silent, strong, and doesn’t sag. There is no chance that it will collapse when I turn over. It’s great because it is not all things other bed bases are. Love it.

Super light, which is helpful cause we’re looking to move three times in a short timeframe, some involve going up stairs.
Very easy to set up. Only three different types of pieces which is so easy to assemble (excluding the little joint cardboard pieces.
If you ever did want to change to wooden bedframe, the entire frame can be recycled! Alongside the packaging it came in, super helpful.

Used the original Yona Bed for a year and was very satisfied. I wanted a bed frame that wasn't sqeauky. This fit the bill, and we didn't need under bed storage. Upgraded to a king size mattress and opted for the Yona Bed 2.0 this time around. It was a little more involved to put together, but it paid off because it looks great and everything is locked together, making it easier to move the frame around. Function is the same as the original. Would purchase again and recommend to a friend.

This was a very exciting item which my granddaughter helped to assemble. It was exactly what I needed, and is also the chosen bed for my grandchildren to use. Now the mattress fits on a base that fits into my sewing room. Thank you.

I remembered reading somewhere about the cardboard furniture concept and after careful research I found you! Being an Australian business, sustainable, ethical & goddamn gorgeous!! ( the bed base 😆)
I was sceptical about my choice of colour, but the bold forest green actually looks gorgeous. Not to mention comfort, coziness, no passion testing from me but I am having the best sleep. Delivery was fast & efficient & omg how light & compact the box was! Definitely follow the instructions on your carton & enjoy the set up!👍
This bed base is fantastic! Very easy to assemble, with no tools required and easy to understand instructions. Delivery took a wee while, but it was over the holiday period so understandable and the company kept me updated with prompt replies to my queries, and tracking info. I purchased to replace a crumbling mdf bed frame. Shipment and delivery (considering the Christmas period!) was prompt. Building the bed was easy once I found the correct instructions (the original not 2.0 instructions were sent by accident but it was easy to resolve myself). The bed base seems extremely solid and doesn't squeak at all.
Although it took me longer to put together than I hoped, it certainly was quicker than trying to put together anything from Ikea. It probably took half an hour to 45 minutes. As advertised, it's very strong and together with a new mattress I had the most restful sleep I've experienced in a long time. Highly recommend for cost and sustainability.
